ExtinctionOS was established on August 11, 2026. It is owned, created, and developed by the individuals publicly identified as z3r0c00l95 and extinct420. It is an independently operated, unincorporated online service based in Ohio, United States.

Independent service

ExtinctionOS is an independent server-administration and community platform for community-operated game servers. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any game publisher, game developer, hosting company, or other server-management service. Third-party product names and marks are used only to describe compatibility or required integrations and remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly identified otherwise, the ExtinctionOS interface, documentation, branding, original text, and service implementation are protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual-property laws. Compatibility does not imply ownership of third-party games, services, artwork, or trademarks.
