Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and the individuals who own, create, develop, and operate ExtinctionOS under the public identifiers z3r0c00l95 and extinct420. The service is based in Ohio, United States. By accessing or using ExtinctionOS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 13, satisfy the minimum age required by connected services, and have legal authority to administer every server, account, community and integration you connect. If you are not legally able to enter a binding contract, a parent, guardian or authorized organization must accept for you.

Service scope

ExtinctionOS provides independently developed server-administration, community, connector, overlay and related tools. Features marked preview, testing, guarded or in development may change or be unavailable. No affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement by a game publisher, game developer, host or other management platform is implied.

Account security

You are responsible for authorized users, staff roles, connected systems and credentials. Do not share passwords, tokens, private keys, session links or pairing codes. Notify security@extinctionos.com promptly about suspected compromise.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to access systems without authorization; evade bans or security controls; interfere with service availability; distribute malware; phish or impersonate others; scrape private data; exploit players; violate intellectual-property or privacy rights; or break applicable law or connected-service rules.

Subscriptions and refunds

Displayed prices, billing periods and included access are presented before checkout. Subscriptions may renew until canceled through the available account or payment-provider controls. Unless a separate written refund policy or applicable law provides otherwise, completed billing periods are non-refundable after service access is delivered. Duplicate or unauthorized charges should be reported promptly to legal@extinctionos.com.

Owner content and third-party services

Server owners remain responsible for community content, configuration, moderation decisions and lawful handling of player data. Connected services are governed by their own terms. ExtinctionOS may suspend an integration that threatens security, violates law or loses provider compatibility.

Availability and warranties

The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made that every feature will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every game or host update. Nothing here excludes warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost game data, third-party conduct or unauthorized owner configuration. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

Termination and governing law

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, security risk, nonpayment or unlawful use. These terms are governed by Ohio law, without overriding consumer protections that legally apply in another jurisdiction. Disputes will be heard in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Ohio unless applicable law requires otherwise.
